Not exactly one of my favorite Dunking Donuts. The newer locations seemed to be designed a hell of a lot more functional, but this location unfortunately has a narrow area to stand in line to order, then walk over to the food/drink pickup area which is located right by the door where you just came in from and then if you want to sit you have to dodge through the never ending ordering line in order to get to the tables... just a crappy set up. As far as the food, coffees and other goodies go, I see absolutely no difference between this store and the somewhat new store we have just a couple miles away. I even find the staff friendlier than other dunkin donut locations. Being located in an older, rundown retail plaza (in desperate need of a facelift) results in having a parking lot just as old and in even more need of repairs (pot holes, smashed concrete curbs, broken concrete carstops, deteriorating asphalt, et cetera). The parking spaces are smaller than new parking lots and the entrance is super busy making pulling out of the parking spaces somewhat challenging. Bottom line is: "parking is a bitch" And how funny is it that there is another GLENN G reviewing this place... small world

Honestly, I'm glad to write this after I see only 3 ppl writing bad reviews and happy to say that this dunkin donuts was refreshing after an awful experience for the third and final time at the dunkin that is a drive thru next to I-95 on Hillsboro. Let's just say the way the treated you there was not the best customer service. However I walk into this dunkin and they welcomed me with a smile they didn't sound miserable that they were there and even the people inside eating or waiting there were nice. They had me in and out of there with 3 or 4 items I ordered in a matter of less than 5 min and everything was delicious. I didn't even mind that I got out of my car and even parking wasn't an issue like at the other one where everyone wants to crash into you. But read my 1 star review for the other dunkin. This one deserves 4 stars. :)

YES! I love when I waste my time going to places that I will soon give one star to! I stopped in here today and after waiting five minutes for an iced coffee with cream and Splenda, did not see any iced coffee in sight. When I asked if they forgot about me, they didn't answer and apparently didn't like me questioning their barista skills. Asked for my money back and got the hell out of there-sketch city inside of that place I tell you. You would think the location near the courthouse would have sketchier clientele but nope, this DD takes the cake.

This location gets me EVERY time ... its a drive through so i always end up giving it another try but time and time again they serve me the WORST COFFEE EVER. It's practically poison it tastes so bad. Doesnt matter whether its 8am, 2pm, or 5pm ... this location CONSTANTLY sells old, stale, TERRIBLE tasting coffee. I pretty much go here to buy a cup a coffee... take one sip that is so bad I contemplate chasing it with rubbing alcohol just to remove the after-taste ... then throw it in the trash and cry. Just do yourself a favor and keep driving.
